‘In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the DEAD SHALL BE RAISED incorruptible, and we shall be changed.’  (1 Cor. 15:52)

‘For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.’ (1 Thess. 4:16-17)

Does anyone dispute that these two verses are speaking about ‘the Rapture’?

And when does JESUS say the dead will be raised?

‘Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up AT THE LAST DAY.’ (John 6:54)

‘And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up AT THE LAST DAY.’ (John 12:48)

If you believe that Scripture is true, then you must understand that when the Rapture happens, the dead in Christ will first rise, then living Christians.

If Jesus says the dead will not rise until the last day, then THE RAPTURE CANNOT HAPPEN BEFORE THE LAST DAY!! This should be pretty straightforward.
