If you have repented of your sins and believed on Jesus Christ: be baptized. Jesus and the Apostles commanded it.  Salvation is by faith and repentance.  Baptism in Jesus’ name (not a ‘Sinners’ Prayer’) is the faith part of the equation.

‘And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him [John the Baptist] in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.’  (Mark 1:5)

‘And he [Jesus] said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.’  (Mark 16:15-16)

‘Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.’  (Acts 2:38)

‘But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.’  (Acts 8:12)

‘And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.’  (Acts 19:3-5)

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.’  (Romans 6:3-4)

‘For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.’  (Galatians 3:27)
