You do not need to cater the gospel message to appeal to the unsaved. All those who are being drawn to Christ by the Holy Spirit will receive the truth when you preach it.

‘We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.’ (1 John 4:6)

(Don’t be surprised to find that a lot of people who claim to be CHRISTIANS will reject the true gospel message. They thereby reveal themselves to be under a spirit of error, and not of God.)

‘No man can come to me, except THE FATHER which hath sent me DRAW HIM: and I will raise him up at the last day.’ (John 6:44)

Will the Father not work in concert with the TRUTH to draw them? Do we really need to help God?

‘And THE LORD ADDED to the church daily such as should be saved.’ (Acts 2:47)

Numbers aren’t everything–especially when the ‘converts’ have not really been converted to the truth! Lets stop hindering God by trying to improve on his model.

This will be the horrible end of many who are sitting under the preaching of today’s ‘easy grace’ (so-called) gospel, and taking it to heart:

‘For when they speak great swelling [words] of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, [through much] wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, THE LATTER END IS WORSE WITH THEM THAN THE BEGINNING*. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.’ (2 Peter 2:18-21)

*The Holy Spirit brings CONVICTION (which FEELS like condemnation) when we sin. But after sitting under these teachers long enough, people become EMBOLDENED to sin, and they learn to ignore the conviction of the Holy Spirit. They become bold, shameless sinners who still believe they are saved and headed for glory!!

Be VERY careful whose teaching you heed! Many will lull you into complacency over sin, leading you to believe that it is no big deal. But make no mistake: sin KILLS!! A good teacher/preacher should warn you of this OFTEN.

‘For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, TURNING THE GRACE OF OUR GOD INTO LASCIVIOUSNESS, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.’ (Jude 1:4)

‘They PROFESS that they know God; BUT IN WORKS THEY DENY [him], being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.’ (Titus 1:16)

Do not let these men captivate and bewitch you with their charm and charisma. They make very entertaining speakers and they allure through the lusts of the flesh. Eating the ‘diet’ they feed you will starve your spirit and feed your carnal man, making it stronger than ever. Listening to them for an hour every Sunday can undo all the spiritual discipline you have applied throughout the week . . . all the spiritual progress you have made towards being conformed to the image of Christ in godliness and holiness. (And even worse, if you sit under their teaching every time the church doors are open.) Allowing them to lead you will cause you to backslide.

Be VERY sure that whoever is leading you is preaching the FULL counsel of God. Be sure that they are qualified to be a church ‘leader’ or teacher (Read 1 Timothy 3). Pray for discernment!!

Even sinners know something is fishy with the ‘all you have to do is believe’ gospel.

Think back . . . don’t they ask a lot of questions like they’re trying to figure out ‘what’s the catch’?

I think it’s because, deep down (at least when we were children and still had a conscience) when we do something wrong, we feel guilty and know we need to say we’re sorry to whoever we’ve injured or offended. Deep down, if the Holy Spirit has been drawing a person to God, they feel dirty and guilty, and ache to tell God they’re sorry and ask His forgiveness.

But in steps a well meaning pseudo-Christian with the false ‘only believe’ gospel, and throws a monkey wrench into the process. He tells the sinner ‘God loves you–it’s just your sin He hates’. (How in the world do these folks suppose that God sees the sin apart from the person who performed it?!) Then, after much persuasion that God wants to accept them ‘just as they are’, the sinner sets aside the idea of repentance and accepts the false gospel.

(Zealous ‘evangelist’, you’ve brought the sinner right to the point of (new) birth, and let them die in the birth canal! Repentance is the way in which we come to Jesus Christ!)

Then, lest they ever possibly come to repentance in the future, they are told that ‘there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus’ . . . forgetting the other half of the verse (Romans 8:1) and the fact that the person never repented in the first place!!

If you are witnessing to people about salvation, please understand this: It is not YOUR job to persuade people to become saved. THAT is the job of the Holy Spirit. It is your job to preach about sin and repentance. WHILE you are doing that, the Holy Spirit is working in their heart to convict them of their own, personal sins. When you give the invitation, if they have ALLOWED the Holy Spirit to bring them to repentance, they will respond to the invitation. Then you can lead them in a prayer of repentance.

But if they have resisted the Holy Spirit, they will not accept the invitation. Let it go!! If the Holy Spirit was not able to persuade them, neither can you. Know that the things you said were seeds planted. The Holy Spirit will continue to bring those things to their remembrance. When the time is right, they will find you again, or God will send someone else their way, or they will cry out to Him on their own.

We are not to be salesmen. Don’t cheapen the gospel by trying to ‘sell it’ to people. We are to be messengers: that people are separated from God by their sins. If and when the person’s heart is pricked with remorse, they will ask YOU what they can do about it!

The Real Jesus

Jesus is God in flesh.  He is the living Word of God:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.’  (John 1:1)

Jesus was never an angel, cherubim, or other heavenly, created being.  Jesus was not a good man who came and kept all of God’s laws.  Jesus is not simply one manifestation of a ‘christ consciousness’.

Jesus is the only BEGOTTEN son of God.

‘And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?  And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.’  (Luke 1:30-35)

‘And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.’  (John 1:14)

‘In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.’  (1 John 4:9)

When people, for any reason, try to persuade us that the gospel of John should not be in the Bible–understand, it is because the gospel of John repeatedly testifies that Jesus is the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON of God, and they reject this truth.

‘Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.’

(1 John 4:2-3)

Salvation is only found in Jesus.  He is the only one who was able to pay the price for our sins.

‘And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed [it], and brake [it], and gave [it] to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.’  (Jesus, Matthew 26:26-28)

And His gospel is this:

‘From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, REPENT: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’  (Jesus, Matthew 4:17)

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever SHALL DO and TEACH [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.  For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.’

(Jesus, Matthew 5:17-20)

‘And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS.’  (Jesus, Matthew 19:17)

‘Then one of them, [which was] a lawyer, asked [him a question], tempting him, and saying, Master, which [is] the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt LOVE THE LORD THY GOD with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second [is] like unto it, Thou shalt LOVE THEY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.’  (Jesus, Matthew 22:35-40)

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye LOVE ONE ANOTHER; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.’  (Jesus, John 13:34)

‘Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, BAPTIZING them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost*: Teaching them to OBSERVE ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER I HAVE COMMANDED YOU: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.’  (Matthew 28:19-20) (* Yes, Jesus taught the Trinity.)

To recap–Jesus gospel is:

  • Repent
  • Be baptized
  • Keep the Commandments
  • Love one another
  • Share this gospel with everyone

Any other gospel is ‘another gospel’!  Any other Jesus is ‘another Jesus’!

‘I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach ANY OTHER GOSPEL unto you than that which we have preached unto you, LET HIM BE ACCUSED. As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, LET HIM BE ACCURSED.’  (Galatians 1:6-9)

If your church is preaching any other gospel than the gospel that Jesus preached, or any other Jesus than the Jesus described above: GET OUT, lest you be a partaker of their sins and suffer their judgment!

A Gospel That Brings A Curse

I am saddened when I hear people telling others they can be saved without repenting. I’m sure they don’t REALIZE that’s what they’re saying, but by leaving out repentance, that’s what they’re implying.  Romans 10:9 is preached alone, excluding the rest of God’s Word . . .

‘That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.’

Yes, this is an integral PART of conversion–if you don’t believe that Jesus paid the price for your sins, then you can not be saved.  There IS only one way, and one mediator between God and men:  Jesus Christ.

But Jesus himself taught that we must repent:

‘From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, REPENT: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. ‘  (Matthew 4:17)

‘And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, EXCEPT YE REPENT, ye shall all likewise perish.  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, EXCEPT YE REPENT, ye shall all likewise perish.’  (Luke 13:2-5)

Jesus sent out the disciples two by two

‘And they went out, and preached that men should REPENT.’  (Mark 6:12)

Jesus didn’t go around saying ‘believe in me and you shall be saved’.  Neither did the disciples say ‘believe in Jesus and you shall be saved’.  They said ‘repent’.  The disciples and early church continued to preach repentance:

‘Then Peter said unto them, REPENT, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.’  (Acts 2:38)

‘REPENT ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;’  (Acts 3:19)

‘And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to REPENT:’  (Acts 17:30)

‘But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and [then] to the Gentiles, that they should REPENT and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.’  (Acts 26:20)

The reason I’m harping on this, is that the churches now, for the most part, don’t preach repentance.  We don’t have a bunch of ‘carnal Christians’ in the churches . . . we  have a bunch of people that have never been completely converted! When we believe, we’re as saved as demons–in other words, we’re NOT!  (Maybe that’s why so many so-called ‘Christians’ live like the devil.)

‘Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.’  (James 2:19

There is more to being converted than just believing.  Believing is only the first step.  ‘After that, we must ‘repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.’

I hope you’ll give this thought, prayer, and study.  If we preach a gospel that doesn’t include repentance, we’re preaching ‘another gospel’ and that is a VERY serious thing! The penalty for preaching a false gospel is just as serious as the penalty for adding to, or taking away from, God’s Word.

‘But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be ACCURSED.  As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be ACCURSED.’  (Galatians 1:8-9)

If that’s what you’ve been doing, it’s probably because that’s what you were taught–but now you know . . . DON’T do it anymore!  Repent and seek forgiveness–and pray for those you may have unintentionally misled.

Naked Christians

‘The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.  Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and [my] fatlings [are] killed, and all things [are] ready: come unto the marriage.  But they made light of [it], and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: And the remnant took his servants, and entreated [them] spitefully, and slew [them].  But when the king heard [thereof], he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.’   (Matthew 22:2-7)

This is a quick summary of the history of Israel, through AD 70.

‘Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.  Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.  So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.’  (Matthew 22:8-10)

This summarizes taking the gospel to all the world.

‘And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man WHICH HAD NOT ON A WEDDING GARMENT: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast [him] into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

For many are called, but few [are] chosen.‘  (Matthew 22:11-14)

This is a warning for today.  It is not enough just to answer the gospel invitation.  We must be clothed in a proper wedding garment!  And what is that garment?

‘ . . . as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might SANCTIFY and CLEANSE it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, NOT HAVING SPOT, OR WRINKLE, or any such thing; but that it should be HOLY AND WITHOUT BLEMISH.’  (Ephesians 5:25-27)

‘For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after RIGHTEOUSNESS, GODLINESS, FAITH, LOVE, PATIENCE, MEEKNESS.  Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called . . . That thou keep [this] commandment WITHOUT SPOT, UNREBUKEABLE, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:’  (1 Timothy 6:10-14)

‘ . . . be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, WITHOUT SPOT, and BLAMELESS.’  (2 Peter 3:14)

(If it depended only on Jesus Christ’s righteousness, we would not be told to BE DILIGENT.)

Our wedding garment is the spiritual fruit we bear, the faith we live by, and the holiness of our lifestyle.

‘ . . . that they should repent and turn to God, and DO WORKS MEET FOR REPENTANCE.’  (Acts 26:20)

‘But the fruit of the Spirit is LOVE, JOY, PEACE, LONGSUFFERING, GENTLENESS, GOODNESS, FAITH, MEEKNESS, TEMPERANCE: against such there is no law.  And they that are Christ’s have CRUCIFIED THE FLESH WITH THE AFFECTIONS AND LUSTS.’  (Galatians 5:22-24)

‘For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath BEFORE ORDAINED THAT WE SHOULD WALK IN THEM.’  (Ephesians 2:10)

‘By FAITH Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that HE PLEASED GOD.’  (Hebrews 11:5)

‘And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; FOR THEE HAVE I SEEN RIGHTEOUS before me in this generation.’  (Genesis 7:1)

‘Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us CLEANSE OURSELVES from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, PERFECTING HOLINESS in the FEAR OF GOD.’  (2 Corinthians 7:1)

‘ . . . for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now YIELD YOUR MEMBERS servants to RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS . . . But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, YE HAVE YOUR FRUIT UNTO HOLINESS, and the end everlasting life.’  (Romans 6:19, 22)

In verse thirteen, we saw what happened to the guest who had come to the wedding feast without a garment:

‘Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and TAKE HIM AWAY, and CAST [HIM] INTO OUTER DARKNESS; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Jesus repeats this teaching again . . .

‘Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles TO BURN THEM: but gather the wheat into my barn.’

(Matthew 13:30)

And again . . .

‘I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.  Every branch in me that beareth not fruit HE TAKETH AWAY: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.   Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.  Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.  If a man abide not in me, he is CAST FORTH as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and CAST [THEM] INTO THE FIRE, and they are burned.’  (John 15:1-6)

Paul teaches with this same spiritual understanding:

‘For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:  But that which beareth thorns and briers [is] REJECTED, and [is] nigh unto cursing; WHOSE END [IS] TO BE BURNED.

But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. . . And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:  That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. . . And so, after [Abraham] had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.’  (Hebrews 6:7-15)

Salvation does not come at our profession of faith.  We receive salvation if we endure to the end and produce the spiritual fruit that comes from a life of holiness and sanctification.

‘And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name’s sake: but he that endureth TO THE END shall be saved.’  (Matthew 10:22)

‘But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, IF WE HOLD FAST the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope FIRM UNTO THE END.’  (Hebrews 3:6)

The key to bearing spiritual fruit is to abide in Jesus.

‘Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.  I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same BRINGETH FORTH MUCH FRUIT: for without me ye can do nothing.’  (John 15:4-5)

Hear two final warnings, for our generation:

** ‘Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed [is] he that watcheth, and KEEPETH HIS GARMENTS, LEST HE WALK NAKED, and they see his shame.’  (Revelation 16:15)

**’ And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art LUKEWARM, and neither cold nor hot, I WILL SPUE THEE OUT OF MY MOUTH.

BECAUSE THOU SAYEST, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and KNOWEST NOT THAT THOU ART WRETCHED, and MISERABLE, and POOR, and BLIND, and NAKED: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and WHITE RAIMENT, THAT THOU MAYEST BE CLOTHED, and [that] the SHAME OF THY NAKEDNESS do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, THAT THOU MAYEST SEE.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: BE ZEALOUS therefore, and REPENT.’  (Revelation 3:14-19)

The Gospel, According to Satan

If the Lord has been opening your eyes to how Satan has been working for the last hundred years or so, then you’re probably familiar with his marketing campaign, because it hasn’t changed much since . . . oh . . . the Garden of Eden.

What he keeps promising is this: immortality and that you’ll be a god.  You’ll also recognize his slogan: ‘do as thou wilt’ (which has been repackaged and reworded from time to time).

What I find disturbing, is that he has managed to peddle his wares under the guise of ‘Christianity’.  He has a targeted marketing campaign, for people who don’t care for the image of the bad guy with the pitchfork and horns.  This particular ad campaign repackages things with an appearance of godliness, and some out-of-context Bible verses, but ultimately the product is the same.

Wrapped in the doctrines of demons, his product seems guaranteed to deliver!

And what are those doctrines of demons?

Immortality:

  • All you have to do to be saved is believe in Jesus

You’ll be a God:

  • There are no rules to abide by (because that would be ‘putting yourself under the law’)
  • Nothing is required of you (because that would be justification by works)
  • You have immunity from punishment (because once you’re saved, you’re always saved)
  • You have freedom in Christ (because all things are lawful for you)

‘Do as thou wilt’!!

If God is allowing this as a means of separating the wheat from the tares, then those who wanted to be gods, be immortal, and do as they please, will get what they deserve–because God is not mocked!!  But if you are a person who sincerely DOES want to be a Christian, and serve God . . . then you need to understand that what you ‘bought’ is a counterfeit.

The most important thing to know, is that no one comes to God with their head held high.  We approach God on bended knee, humbled and ashamed by the weight of our sin.  Our God is a HOLY God, and every one of us has (at the very least) defied him; abused ourselves, others, or the beautiful world He created; and failed to give Him the respect, honor, and thanksgiving He deserves.  As His creation, we have brought Him shame and dishonor.  We have disappointed Him, and spit in His face.  Repentance is where we begin.

Insert HERE:  believing Jesus died for your sins; saved by grace, through faith; asking Jesus into your heart; and confessing Him as Savior and Lord.

Then, go forth and:  ‘sin no more’; ‘be baptized . . . for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost’; ‘keep the commandments’; forgive, that you may be forgiven; judge yourself; repent if you sin (but do your best to ‘sin not’); ‘love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might’; ‘love thy neighbor as thyself’; ‘walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit’; ‘pray without ceasing’; ‘be sober, be vigilant’; ‘resist the devil, and he will flee from you’; ‘seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness’: ‘earnestly contend for the faith’; ‘be ye holy’; and ‘go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost’.

” 33.  Islam evangelizes with the physical sword, Christianity evangelizes with the sword of the Spirit (the message of the Gospel) Islam grows by placing a crescent moon shaped knife to the throat to force conversion. Christianity offers freedom of each individual to accept or reject the eternal life offered by Jesus Christ, the son of God.”
