“You too will become drunk;
you will go into hiding and seek refuge from the enemy.
All your fortresses are like fig trees with their first ripe fruit;
when they are shaken, the figs fall into the mouth of the eater.
Look at your troops—they are all women!
The gates of your land are wide open to your enemies;
fire has consumed their bars.”
Nahum 3: 11-13
Babylon’s warriors have stopped fighting;
they remain in their strongholds.
Their strength is exhausted;
they have become like women.
Her dwellings are set on fire;
the bars of her gates are broken.
Jeremiah 51: 30
The repeal of ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell’ is just one more phase of Obama’s invitation to the rest of the world to ‘please decimate America’.
It may also be a clever ploy to recruit outcasts, with the goal of building an army that will be intensely loyal to him.
Others have speculated that it may be for very dark reasons that Obama would want a military comprised of people who already–according to the Bible–have had their consciences seared.
(It brings to mind the number of Obama appointees that were discovered to have not been paying their taxes–enough of them to make one wonder if that were a prerequisite to serving in his administration, the same administration that has brought much darkness to America in the past two years.)
Whatever the case, I believe it is one more action that is going to invite God’s judgment on America.
Or, perhaps it IS God’s judgment on America!
“”I am against you,” declares the Lord Almighty.
“I will lift your skirts over your face. I will show the nations your nakedness and the kingdoms your shame.
I will pelt you with filth, I will treat you with contempt
and make you a spectacle.””
(Nahum 3: 5-6)
Christians, Vampires And Dragons
I believe that it’s a portion of Gods judgment on America; a nation that has murdered over sixty million unborn innocents and has sought to remove God from every facet of society. When I first heard of the repeal of “don’t ask dont tell, Sodom and Gomorrah came to mind. I imagine that the same was true for all who know the Lord.
Earlier today, I heard a portion of a broadcast where the health care bill was being discussed. Apparently, when the final draft was placed together for the presidents signature, much of what had been removed to get it passed through congress was simply reinstated. I’m not sure as to the exact mechanics (in other words, how this canm be done) but I know that the manuverings being done behind the scenes are far more damaging that what we see.
For the saints, these are simply indicators that the end is approaching and that we need to get lour spiritual houses in order. Thanks for making mention of this.
I’ve started a new blog which will become my primary site later this week. The address is http://timbob3.wordpress.com I’ve already established an “end times sites” page and I have placed your site on this list. You bring miuch needed insight that’s needed in this hour.
Blessings always in Jesus name.

Thank you. And I’ll have to check out your new site!
If you have time to check it out, I would be interested in your thoughts concerning an Omegaman broadcast featuring Pat Holliday. It’s on my twitter feed (which is on both sites) and is called 3rd wave stargates. I’m currently listening to this and it reveals just how dire the situation in this coiuntry is. They are also discussing how occultism has snuck into the church and led astray multitudes of undiscerning ones. So imperative it is for us to stay close to Jesus and be atuned to the Holy Spirit.
I checked out the broadcast, and I think it is very relevant. It is a very big ‘missing piece’ in the puzzle, for those of us who are seeking truth.
There is so much going on in the physical world today: the actions of men that are out in the open, the words of men (that are often not in alignment with their actions), the things men do in secret, the things that God is doing, the things that Satan is doing–and much of this is a manifestation of things that are going on in the spirit realm . . .
So many things are happening, but for those who deny the existence of the spirit world, they all seem to be random and unconnected. However, I believe they are parts of the puzzle.
These are just some of my questions, regarding large scale trends in America:
Sure, these things are part of Satan’s plot–but how? why? How does it all fit together?
The broadcast gave insight into why homosexuality, and why ‘aliens’. It also gave me much to think about. It built on things I already knew, but added much that I had not been aware of. It will take some time to absorb it all and incorporate it with what I already know. Once I do, you can be sure it will be woven into future blogs.
In the meantime–for anyone who has questioned whether certain events and people are ok for Christians:
the answer is NO!! I do not have much experience with deliverance (except my own), so I cannot say if everything Dr. Pat Holliday says is accurate. However, if even 80% of what she says is correct–this is very dangerous stuff! And she is not the only person I’ve heard it from.
Even if you are not convinced that the people listed above are in error, you won’t be missing anything by erring on the side of caution and steering clear of them, will you? And if you really are a sincere Christian, you are in real danger of being misled doctrinally and pulled in emotionally, if you get involved. Why take a chance on shipwrecking your faith? If it wasn’t possible for you to be led astray, Jesus wouldn’t have warned you to be careful!!
As Jesus said, there are false prophets among us, doing signs and wonders–and those false prophets are purposely targeting Christians, seeking to deceive them if there is any way that they can.
Skip the so called ‘revival’ and spend that time praying and reading The Word. I promise–you will find God there!
Hi Susan. There is so much going on these days as the picture of the end times continues to gain clarity. The things which you have listed are certainly connected and play a part. Thanks also for addressing the danger of following a person.
A couple of years ago, during the height of the Todd Bentley situation, people were asking me “what do you think of it?” My response at the time was “I really don’t know.” At the time I didn’t have any idea, nor did I take time to look into it. I had “reservations” and so I just stayed clear of the dialogue.
In time, the true nature of that situation was manifest. Whenever people hold up a particular person or a particular movement, the red flags pop up.
I’m confronted with a situation at work that must be handled delicately, but without compromise. A professing saint there is an avid followed of pastor Murray. In fact he refers to himself and others as “people who study with pastor Murray.
Of course the red flags fly on this, but there’s a bigger reason. A couple of years ago, I began watching pastor Murray. This lasted for about three days, until he answered a question from a viewer about hell. He said that there is no hell. That was enough for me to no longer pursue that venue.
But this guy ay work has other strange beliefs. He believes in a pre-existance, talks a lot about “Kenites” or people whom he believes descended from Cain and are all-but doomed, talks about a serpent seed, and has alternate definitions for a lot of biblical truths. I don’t know how much of this comes from Pastor Murray and how much comes from other sources.
It has actually caused problems with those outside of the faith. Insted of inquiring about salvation, people at work have been asking me about the kenites and where they are hiding. Some think that our CEO, Richard Dauch is one.
At its best, it sidetracks from the real issue; that being all have sinned and need a Savior. At its worst, its leading folks down a road of vain jangling until their clock runs out. It’s a really weird situation
It should be stated again that “I honestly don’t know how much of this is from pastor Murray and how much has been gathered from other sources. I have no opinions about pastor Murray one way or the other, save that he’s wrong about hell.
If you can offer any insights on this, please inform me. I may be completely misunderstanding the situation.
I really appreciate being able to discuss issues of this magnitude here. We are in some really unusual times and the battle lines can easily become obscurred by a myriad of voices and busy-ness.
Blessings always in Jesus name.

It can’t be overstated that it is extremely dangerous to be a follower of anyone other than Jesus Christ! Each of us, even the most devout, is fallible. We each seem to have a blind spot, or weakness in regards to our understanding of something. This is why it is important that we have the courage to reprove one another–and the humility to accept correction from those we trust.
I had never heard of Todd Bentley or Joel Osteen until I listened to a broadcast by Nathan Leal. (Fortunately, he has the courage to name false teachers. Likewise, Brannon Howse will pull no punches.) I’ve not heard of Pastor Murray either.
I don’t believe that God gives truth to only one person. I believe each of us has been given different insight and holds a different piece of the puzzle–but what I see is that God is speaking the same thing, independently, to more than one person. This is one of the things that confirms to us that what we believe is God speaking to us, may really be from Him.
It seems that most false prophets seem to believe that they are the only person who has been entrusted with certain knowledge. I have heard of a principle, that everything should be confirmed by at least two witnesses. Also, when prophecy is given, those who are known to be prophets should feel an agreement in their spirit. I would add that those with a gift of discernment can most likely prevent a false prophet from being given the opportunity to speak in front of the congregation–if they are respected for their gift and heeded.
Although I trust no one 100%, there are people I give my provisional trust to. One of them is Stephen M. Collins. I don’t agree with him on everything–and some of what he says sounded quite ‘far out’ when I first read it. You’d have to consider it prayerfully yourself . . . but I do know that he has written about the Serpent Seed Heresy. Although you may not be able to persuade your co-worker of the error of that belief, it would probably help you to respond to your other co-workers that are intrigued by the teaching.
We were promised that false teachers and false prophets would come in Jesus’ name, even confessing Him as Messiah, yet leading many astray. People today don’t have much appetite for truth. They won’t waste their time to listen unless they think they will profit somehow. They search high and low to find people saying things that confirm their own beliefs . . . saying things that make them feel good. Although they are constantly learning, they never come to a knowledge of the truth, because they reject it.
Lets face it, the truth–that we are all sinners, our hearts are evil, we can do no good thing without God, and we need a savior–isn’t going to make anyone feel good. It isn’t supposed to! We aren’t good! The truth is meant to convince us of that and cause us to repent and cry out for mercy!!
Even after we are in right standing with God, the truth isn’t ‘sunshine and roses’. We must deny ourselves, die to our own desires, submit ourselves to God, be servants rather than masters, not be politically correct, be disliked or even hated or persecuted, and possibly even be imprisoned or killed.
This is what truth looks like to those who don’t know or trust in God. They have no comprehension of the strength He gives us to endure these things, the devotion that motivates us to submit to Him, or the zeal He gives us to do what is right. They don’t experience the comfort He imparts to us through difficult times, the courage He gives us when we are afraid, or the joy we can have, even in the midst of trials, because He is present with us. They don’t feel the peace that we know from having our sins forgiven, and from being given the power to overcome sin in our lives. They don’t know what it is like to have someone who is all-powerful, yet loving, that they can always depend on. They forget what it is like to have a mind that is free of worry and anxiety.
It’s a sad paradox that what people are seeking is also what they are running from.
I think you’ve really identified one of the devil’s strategies: tie believers up in endlessly
We need to be sensitive, not just to those we believe are seeking truth, but to the Holy Spirit. Time is short and we can be rendered ineffective if we get mired too deeply in exploring strange doctrines, debating with those who merely enjoy arguing, or defending against the accusations of those that really have no interest in truth.
May God increase our discernment, that we can be most effective with the time that He has given us.
